Bolisa

Management & Control

Clear ownership. Measured performance. Controlled access.

Visibility only helps when it leads to action. Bolisa connects your reports to the people responsible: who owns each file, how each team performs against its targets, and who can see and change what.

What your teams can do

KPIs and scorecards

Choose from 79 predefined measures, such as on-time delivery, reopened reviews, payment turnaround and follow-ups completed on time. Assign them to teams in your organisation structure with targets, thresholds and weights. Each person sees their own scorecard; managers see their team’s.

Monthly profit targets

Set a gross profit target for each month and follow progress on the dashboard. Profit counts once costs are reviewed and the work is invoiced, so the figure is one you can stand behind.

Sales commissions

Define commission plans by service and customer type, with shares for the owning and handling salesperson and for invoices paid on time or late. Commission goes to whoever owned the customer when the invoice was paid.

Your organisation, as it works

Build your structure of teams and managers by dragging units and people into place. It drives scorecards, team views and responsibility.

Access that matches responsibility

Give access through permission groups and roles. Grant or remove a single permission for one person, with a reason and an end date. When someone leaves, their access stops on the day they go. Access is checked on the server, not only hidden in the screen.

A working view for each service lead
Freight shows the actions that can’t wait, team workload, the pipeline and stalled bookings. Trucking shows on-time delivery and invoice readiness by account manager.
A full history of changes
See who changed what and when, down to the individual field, and export it. Financial history is visible only to people with financial access.
Set up for your organisation
Your legal identity, logo, timezone, document numbering, quotation terms, bank details and document text come from your settings. Email notifications follow the routing rules you set for each business event, and your company’s own licences and certificates are kept with their expiry dates.

  • Every permission change has a reason and a time window, and appears in the audit history.
  • A leaver’s sign-in stops on their leaving date and their open sessions end.
  • Measures are calculated from the underlying records, not from summaries of summaries.
