Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit bolisa.net or ask us for a demo, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Bolisa is operated by Bolisa Software Solutions, Alexandria, Egypt (“Bolisa”, “we”, “our”). We are responsible for the information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

This policy covers bolisa.net and the internal tools described under Google user data. Information that customers keep in the Bolisa platform is handled under each customer’s agreement with us, not under this policy.

Information we collect

  • When you book a demo or a conversation: your name, work email, company, country and phone number, the type of meeting you chose, anything you write in the message field, and the time you book. We also record the page you used the form on and the website that sent you to us, if any.
  • When you browse the site: the pages you view, when you use our Book a Demo and Discuss Your Business buttons, your approximate location (country or city), your device and browser type, and the website that sent you to us. Google Analytics collects this for us.
  • When you use the demo form: Google reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, to check that the request comes from a person and not an automated program.
  • Technical records: our server and the services that deliver the site record each request, including your IP address, browser type, the address requested and the time, so we can keep the site running and secure.

Please don’t send us sensitive information, such as health or payment details, through the form.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request, arrange the meeting you booked and prepare for it.
  • To contact you about your request, including following up after the meeting.
  • To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
  • To protect the site and the form against spam, abuse and attacks.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to show you advertising.

We use your details because you asked us to arrange a meeting, which is a step before a possible agreement with us. We use analytics and security information because we have a legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure site and understanding how it is used.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only for those purposes:

  • Calendly provides our scheduling page. When you choose a time, the details you entered are passed to Calendly, which sends you the calendar invitation.
  • Google provides Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA. Google’s use of reCAPTCHA information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Amazon Web Services hosts our server, and Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or other people’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

These providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States and countries in the European Union. When they do, their contractual commitments to us require them to protect it.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga, and _ga_ followed by an identifier) that tell visits apart; they last up to two years. reCAPTCHA sets a cookie on the demo page to tell people from automated programs. Calendly may set its own cookies inside the scheduling area, and Cloudflare may set a cookie that protects the site from automated traffic.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

  • Meeting requests and bookings: while we are in contact with you, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months, after which Google deletes it.
  • Server records: deleted automatically, normally within two weeks.

We keep information longer only when the law requires it.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections, and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. The providers we use run their own security programmes. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will reply within the time the law allows, usually within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Google user data

Our team uses a Google sign-in app named “Bolisa” to connect our own Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts to an internal tool that reports on our websites’ search performance. Only authorised members of our team use it; it is not offered to customers or visitors.

  • What it accesses: with read-only permission, the search performance data (such as search queries, pages, clicks and impressions) and website analytics reports for the websites we manage, and the email address of the Google account that connects.
  • How we use it: only to measure and improve the search performance of our own websites. Our team reviews it, including with AI assistants used for that analysis.
  • How we store it: the access tokens are stored encrypted on systems we control.
  • What we never do: sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.

Bolisa’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Anyone who connected a Google account can remove the app’s access at any time from their Google Account permissions, which stops any further access.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and if the changes are significant we will make that clear on the site.
