Who we are

bolisa.net is operated by Bolisa Software Solutions, Alexandria, Egypt (“Bolisa”, “we”, “our”).

About the site

The site describes Bolisa, our freight forwarding software, and lets you book a demo or a conversation with our team. It is for general information. Nothing on it is an offer to supply the product: the capabilities, availability and scope for your business are confirmed in writing before any agreement.

Product screenshots on the site use demonstration data. All names, references and figures shown in them are fictional.

The Bolisa platform

Access to the Bolisa platform, implementation and support are provided only under a separate written agreement. These terms don’t give you any right to use the platform. If you have an agreement with us, that agreement governs your use of it.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Bolisa and to contact us. You must not:

• give false information, or book a meeting for someone else without their permission;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or test their security without our written permission;
• interfere with how the site works, including by overloading it or collecting its content with automated tools;
• use the site to send spam or harmful code; or
• use the site in a way that breaks the law.

We may suspend access to the site, or block requests, to protect it.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, the Bolisa logo and product screenshots, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating Bolisa. You may not copy, adapt or publish them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Other services and links

The demo form uses Calendly for scheduling and Google reCAPTCHA for protection, and the site uses Google Analytics. When you use these services, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.

Our internal Google app

Our Google sign-in app named “Bolisa” is for authorised members of our team only. It connects our own Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts to our internal tools and is not offered to anyone else. How it handles Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We don’t promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its “Last updated” date, applies whenever you use the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. The courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
